Our community-run art gallery aims to encourage and support regional mid career and emerging artists by providing a quality, accessible and affordable gallery space to exhibit work. Individuals and groups are encouraged to exhibit or host creative activities such as arts workshops.
The Gallery is an activity of Apollo Bay Arts inc. , a group of volunteers with a passion for the arts. It is a non-profit space run by our artists and arts professionals who aim for accessibility and affordability for regional artists and artist-run initiatives. We seek to engage with the broader arts community to foster collaboration and build creative networks.
Established in 2012, Apollo Bay Arts Gallery is located in the light-filled front room of the restored heritage Mechanic’s Institute Hall (1885), at 21 Great Ocean Road, Apollo Bay.
